In addition to a high ambition level, we are looking for sales professionals that only conduct themselves with honesty and integrity.

Compass has a stellar reputation in the market and we plan to keep it that way.

The expectation is that our sales professionals will be available to work some days in our showroom, run in-home appointments some days and make efforts to self-generate sales at every opportunity.

We have achievable sales quotas and in general, all or our sales professionals (solar analysts) earn well over $100K/year, with the top sellers earning over $200K annually.

This is the most coveted position in the solar industry and we are looking to add 1 or maybe 2 new members to the family for now.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
